I document the whole arc — site work through completion through the awards submission — for the architects, builders, and developers putting up buildings across southern Wisconsin.

Scheduled visits across the build, from site work through punch list. Aerial and ground from the same positions each time, so the set reads as a sequence rather than a pile.

Three builds at $425 a visit.

Progress documentation is new to my practice and I’m building it out deliberately. The first three projects to commit to a schedule get the founding rate for the life of the build, plus the completion shoot at 25% off. I’d rather earn the sequence than talk about it.
